Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within TopSwap:

• Mobile (iOS/Android): Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account.
• Web: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

You’ll confirm by re-entering your email. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@topswap.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:

• Your profile (name, email, avatar, bio) and login credentials
• Your verified and pickup addresses
• Your listings and their photos
• Your yard sales and RSVPs
• Your messages and conversations
• Your comments, reviews, and queue (interest) records
• Your notifications and TopSwap Rewards history

Some records are retained only where required by law or for fraud prevention, and transactional records already shared with service providers (e.g. postcard mailing, payment processing) follow those providers’ own retention policies. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
